Tabisto is free to install and use. This policy covers refunds for the paid Pro subscription, handled through Stripe.

Try Pro free for 7 days

Every new Pro subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. This is the easiest way to decide if Pro is right for you.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged for Pro and change your mind, email support@tabisto.app within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. No long forms, no runaround.

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro anytime from the billing portal inside Tabisto. When you cancel, your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your bookmarks and workspaces are never deleted when you downgrade.

Yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions follow the same 14-day window from the date of the charge. After that window, a yearly plan runs to the end of its term and then stops renewing if you cancel.

How to request a refund

Send an email to support@tabisto.app from the address on your account. Tell us you want a refund. We process eligible refunds back to your original payment method through Stripe.
