Using Tabisto

You may use Tabisto for personal or business browsing. You agree not to misuse the service, break the law with it, or try to disrupt the sync and billing systems other people rely on. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Accounts

An account is optional and only needed for cloud sync and Pro. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account by contacting support@tabisto.app.

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan includes 2 workspaces, 25 bookmarks, 1 saved session and 3 reminders, plus core themes and cloud sync. Pro removes those limits and unlocks custom wallpaper uploads, advanced customization, session history and workspace export and import.

Pro is a subscription billed at 3.99 USD per month or 35.88 USD per year. Each new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

Your bookmarks, notes and workspace data belong to you. We claim no ownership of them. If you use sync, you give us permission to store and transmit that data only to provide the service.

Our intellectual property

The Tabisto name, logo, website and the extension's code and design belong to DevDiggers Technologies. You may not copy, resell or rebrand the product. Using Tabisto does not transfer any of these rights to you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tabisto running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or remove features over time. The extension keeps working offline even if the sync or billing services are down.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Tabisto anytime by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for accounts that abuse the service or break these terms. If we end your access, you can still export your local data from the browser where Tabisto is installed.

Liability

Tabisto is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, DevDiggers Technologies is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Tabisto is local-first, so keeping your own backups of important links is a good habit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will note it on this page. Continuing to use Tabisto after an update means you accept the new terms.
